Jason Zarco

Jason Zarco is a Real Estate Sales Professional with Berkshire Hathaway EWM Realty in Miami Beach. Jason and his family have spent the majority of their lives in Miami Beach and his passion and knowledge of the city and community are part of what has made him successful in his real estate career. His team has consistently been awarded in the Top 5 in all of Miami Beach for several years, with approximately $800 Million in Closed Sales since 2013.

Jason specializes in Waterfront Homes and Condos in Miami Beach, Bal Harbour, Surfside, Edgewater, Downtown Miami and Brickell. He also has significant experience in Hotel and Multi-Family building sales.

Jason’s previous career set the foundation for who he is as a professional. He held Leadership and Director positions for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, managing Five Star & Five Diamond hotels in New York City & Miami and abroad from Istanbul to London and Hawaii. His relationships with Royal Families, Celebrities, and Fortune 500 CEO’s have complemented his success in the world of Miami Real Estate. Jason has a strong spirit to serve those around him.


Zarco is the Vice President of his condo board and sits on the Advisory Board of the Biscayne Neighborhoods Association. He works closely with the residents of the community, the Commissioner and Mayor’s office, and the Police Commander and his team. Jason is also involved in the Greater Miami Jewish Federation’s Real Estate Division.

Jason has a BS in Hospitality Administration & Business Management from Florida State University. He also studied Criminology at FSU and worked alongside the Tallahassee Police Department. Zarco has always been a strong supporter of law enforcement in each community he has lived in and is extremely passionate about working with them to better their communities.
