It’s Time to Help Students Being Left Behind

Nothing is more important to the future success of our kids and our Commonwealth than a quality education.

While many communities are blessed with outstanding schools that serve their students well, not everyone is so lucky, and despite sending more and more tax dollars to these low-performing schools, the situation for those students and their families isn’t getting better.

The governor went back on his agreement with the Senate in vetoing this funding, but more importantly he went back on the promise he made to kids and their families who want nothing more than the opportunity for a better education. Rest assured I will continue to fight for these scholarships for school choice.
